NATURE & EFFECTS
Supplement vitamin K for animals in cases of vitamin K deficiency due to food, reduced absorption due to intestinal damage, causing hemorrhage or intestinal bleeding. Enhances the blood clotting process and prevents bleeding in pets. Supports the treatment of acute and chronic coccidiosis, chicken necrotic enteritis, ileitis, swine dysentery, used orally to reduce bleeding before surgery or beak removal in chickens.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Mix with water or food.
Usual dose: 1 g/15 kg body weight or 1 g/2 liters of drinking water. Use continuously for 3 – 5 days.
Can increase to 1 g/8 kg body weight or 1 g/1 liter of drinking water when the animal has severe bleeding.
Regular supplementation: 1 mg Vitamin K3/kg body weight or 1 g/10 liters of drinking water.
